Rocky Point soon to have a movie theater!!
Portomio Shopping Center is progressing rapidly and the first phase is expected to be completed this year.
Located on the Marina across from Latitude 31 Restaurant on Luis Encinas and Benito Juarez.
Phase 1 - will consist of a super market, restaurants, pharmacy, bank, casino, nightclub, a variety of commercial units and a 6-plex movie theater due to be completed in 2010.
Phase 2 - will consist of the commercial offices and expected to be completed in 2011.
Phase 3 - will consist of a 5 star hotel and apartments and expected to be completed in 2012.
