El Pinacate Biosphere Reserve
One of Mexico's 13 Wonders is located in our backyard If you are looking for something different to do on your next visit to Rocky Point you should check out El Pinacate. You can venture out there on your own or you can take a guided tour.
El Pinacate is an area encompassing 600 square miles of 400 cinder cones, ash & rock and nine massive volcanic craters located between Rocky Point and Lukeville.
There are two companies offering guided tours. Whichever way you chose to visit this amazing area I am sure you will find it a memorable experience.
